Enhancing digital citizenship awareness through participatory mobilization of marginal communities in South Salento

Marginalized communities are affected by macroeconomic
imbalances, with negative consequences in terms of access to
education and democratic exercise of constitutional rights. This paper aims to highlight how these effects can be mitigated by fostering a new aware digital citizenship able to support its own territory in fighting inequalities through enhancing relational assets and
promoting participatory planning in tackling educational poverties.
